Go to ‘Manage’ and ‘Manage talents’. Click on the talent program you want to check.
You are now in the overview of the program. On the ‘Overview’ tab you will see a heading with the category ‘building blocks’.
Below are the 4 building blocks. The building blocks that are marked as ‘On’ have a green check mark when the building block is complete, or a warning if it is not yet complete. A building block is complete when all messages and all content have been viewed and finally saved. You can also see with the relevant building blocks whether all messages and content have a green check mark. If so, then the building block is complete.
