The content is the information that the new employee and the team members see in the app. You can enter all your own information here. You can show information right from the start, or show certain information during the Onboarding period, to avoid an overkill of information.
You can set the following for each content item:
- Title: The subject of the information.
- Photo: There are many photos in the library that you can use, but you can also upload your own photos here.
- Video: Add a link to a YouTube or Vimeo video, or a link to a video on your own server. It is not possible to upload a video. If you do not add content, this is mandatory.
- Category: These are collective titles, so that the information is presented in a structured manner. You can also add your own categories here.
- Show date: Here you indicate from when the information should be shown. This can be done from the beginning or from a specific start date. From a template, here again the number of days from the start date that this information is displayed, so that it is built up correctly for each program.
- Content: Content of the information. If you do not add a video, this is mandatory.
