If you want to edit a program, go to ‘Manage’ and ‘Manage talents’. Or if you want to change a template, go to ‘Manage’ and ‘Manage content’.
- There, select the one you want to adjust.
- You are now in the ‘Overview’ tab.
- You can change the default e-mail messages here. If you want to adjust the e-mail messages of the building blocks, click in the menu on ‘Warm Welcome’, ‘Meet up’, ‘Explore the organisation’ or ‘Practical info’.
- If you want to adjust an e-mail message, click on the e-mail message under the heading ‘Emails’.
You can set the following for a message:
- Subject: The subject of the email
- Category: This determines to whom the e-mail is sent
- E-mail addresses: If you have selected ‘Messages for others’ in the category, you can add 1 or more e-mail addresses to whom the message will be sent.
- Send date: When the message is sent.
- Content: Content of the message.
When you save a message as a draft, it will not be sent. Not even if it’s in an active program.
